[Discussion] we are measuring tier 3 at the wrong time and calling it noise

Discussion Cold Box ×9

pharmacy. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/progresspics is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort pharmacy out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 22 months. My fasting insulin was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Not to be pedantic but tier 3 and tier 3 are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Slight fix: the number was 93.7, not 99.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

c/glp1uk rules
  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
