[PSA] tier 3 is not what most of this community thinks it is

PSA Well Actually ×1 Cold Box ×2

Right, the NHS question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 21 data points over 8 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 62, not week 16. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

the Scottish pathway is different from the English one

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

the tier 3 pathway is the only free route, it is slow

Boots stock check: called 11 locations in France, 38 had 0.5mg in stock. Regional variation is real.

Strongly agree. MHRA is region-specific.

England or Scotland? Different pathways.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
