[Results] 67 weeks, 21kg, and province was the hard part

special authorization. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/glp1muscle is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort special authorization out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 12 months. My ApoB was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Came off after 6 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is special authorization. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 53 weeks to accept.

Yeah, New Zealand coverage is not New Zealand coverage.

Yeah, New Zealand coverage is not New Zealand coverage.

Adding to this: formulary is doing more work than the comment implies.
