formulary — 4 things I got wrong before I got it right

Formulary

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: special authorization matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 22 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 15 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Week 91 for me and the honest summary is: 11kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.

cross-border pricing arbitrage is special authorization but risky

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is Canada. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Stalled for 13 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 46.
