[PSA] shortage is not what most of this community thinks it is

PBS Long Haul ×5

Right, the TGA question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 9 data points over 38 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 23, not week 72. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Yeah, the 2024 rule change was sudden.

Small correction: the trial was 12 weeks, not 10. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 34. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

the 2024 compounding rule change closed a major route overnight

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

What is the PBS status?

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with PBS, not with what you concluded.
