my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether Australia is why

PBS Clean Column ×6

Been lurking in c/hplc for about 3 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 43, 5mg, and TGA is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 39 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 49.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Yeah, the 2024 rule change was sudden.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Stalled for 24 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 83.

Crossposting this to c/newbiequestions because the people who need it are not reading this community.

The injection-site soreness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Maintenance for 18 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Came off after 89 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
