the 59 A1c trend is the answer

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about rodent data in c/bpc157 · 47 points · 1 year ago

rodent data must be labelled as rodent data

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Yeah, showing the arithmetic is the fastest way for someone to spot the error.

This is correct. 3mL versus 12mL is the common mistake.

comment on [Question] Sweden — has anyone got a straight answer on pentadecapeptide in c/bpc157 · 13 points · 2 years ago

Australia here. Waited 12 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

30mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 30/2 — write it on the vial afterwards

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which

permalink

This is correct. 2mL versus 6mL is the common mistake.
