Denmark: dual agonist, and what it actually costs here
Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 9 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 26, 0.25mg, and hepatic fat is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 29 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 20.

the safety profile is not just tirzepatide amplified

Adding to this: dual agonist is doing more work than the comment implies.
the MASH indication changes the risk calculus
Yeah, glucagon co-agonism is genuinely different.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
This is correct. Do not generalise from tirzepatide.
Australia here. Waited 9 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Yeah, glucagon co-agonism is genuinely different.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
the safety profile is not just tirzepatide amplified
I am going to push back on this slightly.
the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1
glucagon co-agonism has a different safety story
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
do not generalise from tirzepatide
Hepatic fat or MASH or what?
Strongly agree. The safety story is separate.
