help me understand UK, I have read the wiki twice

NHS Clean Column ×2 Cold Box ×1

I have had 2 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe.

Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 16 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February.

The independent number came back 98.4% against a claimed 97.2%, which I read as agreement rather than a discrepancy — inter-lab variance on this assay is a point or two either way and treating one lab as ground truth is how people end up in pointless arguments with vendors.

Batch number is in the comments. Ask if you want the method.

Boots stock check: called 17 locations in Germany, 31 had 15mg in stock. Regional variation is real.

NHS tier 3 is pricing, the waiting list is real

Small correction: the trial was 17 weeks, not 11. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

the tier 3 pathway is the only free route, it is slow

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 80 weeks to accept.

This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

c/glp1uk rules
  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
