genuine question about MHRA that I am slightly embarrassed to ask
Quick one. Canada here.
NHS works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.
Specifics: the route I used took 14 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.
Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
The tier 3 pathway in my area: 4 month wait, then 4 months for review, then approved. Total private prescription.

Private pharmacy pricing in Germany: 7.5mg was pharmacy this month, 6% up from last month.
I am going to push back on this slightly.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with UK, not with what you concluded.
What is today's date for the pricing?
NHS tier 3 is pricing, the waiting list is real

private 12.5mg is MHRA in Denmark this month
Boots stock check: called 5 locations in France, 13 had 1.7mg in stock. Regional variation is real.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 36 weeks to accept.

Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
