Quick one. Canada here. EMA works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US. Specifics: the route I used took 20 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost.…

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

The nausea was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
