small win: reimbursement stopped being a problem at week 85

Discussion

Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.

The advice on reimbursement in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.

I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

European access, country by country: prescription routes, reimbursement reality, pharmacy stock, EMA notices and the fact that "EU rules" is usually a national question wearing a European hat.

c/glp1eu rules
  1. Tag your country in the title. Bare "EU" questions get a template reply.
  2. Pricing posts need the date and the currency.
  3. EMA and national agency claims need a citation.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
