WXT — member reviews
96% from 1,335 member reports. 26 are published in full below; the rating aggregates all of them. Reviews without an order date or a testable claim are not counted.
This community's number, not a fleet-wide one. Independent groups scoring the same vendor land within a few tenths of each other, and where they diverge it is usually because one group weights logistics and another weights purity consistency.
Support answered on a Sunday, correctly, with the batch record attached. That is well beyond what I expected.
Quoted 5 days, arrived in 5. Tracking updated at every hop from dispatch to door.
Shipped from their warehouse in Australia, arrived day 4, documentation complete.
Good communication throughout, accurate lead time, and the parcel arrived on day 4.
Ordered on a Monday from their warehouse in the United Kingdom and it was here by day 3. That is the whole case for regional stock.
Queried the related-substances total on lot WXT-25-236; they came back with method, column and detection limit. That depth is rare.
Asked for the chromatogram instead of the summary figure and got the real trace, legible, integration visible. They send it without hesitating.
Ordered IGF-1 LR3 1 mg twice. Both vials reconstituted cleanly and both matched their certificates.
Weighed 8 vials from the AOD-9604 5 mg order against label. Every one inside 2% of stated mass. Fill consistency is harder than purity and they have it.
Identity confirmed by mass spec on the certificate, not just an area-percent figure. Both questions answered on one page.
Asked them to hold an order until I confirmed a lot number and they did, without fuss and without a restocking charge.
Asked a genuinely technical question about pre-dispatch storage and got a reply with numbers in it, inside 5 hours.
Regional stock makes the difference — dispatched within the United Kingdom, day 4, cold pack still hard on arrival.
They report purity by RP-HPLC with the wavelength stated and peptide content separately. Two different numbers, correctly separated.
Submitted the CJC-1295 2 mg to PeptideMeter blind, without telling them the source. 98.2% against a stated 98.2%. The number holds up when nobody knows whose vial it is.
Custom synthesis quote came back with a realistic timeline and they beat it. Purity on delivery matched the signed spec.
Cold pack was still hard on arrival in Lyon on day 2. My logger never went above 8°C across the whole run.
Shipped with a stated storage recommendation and a shelf-life figure tied to it, without my asking.
Everything about the order was routine in the best sense — quoted 4 days, arrived in 4.
Vials wrapped individually, foam cut to fit, nothing loose in the box. Packing that has clearly been thought about.
Reconstituted the PT-141 10 mg and it went clear on contact — no haze, no floaters, no long swirl. Tells you the lyophilisation was done properly.
Pleased to find they hold stock in Canada. Domestic dispatch, day 2, no customs step at all.
The certificate for lot WXT-26-541 carried method, wavelength, water content and an itemised related-substances table. Complete on the first pass.
6 orders in eighteen months, no substitutions, no reformulations, everything in stock when the site said it was. Boring is the highest compliment I have.
Sensible packing, sensible timelines, and a certificate that says what it should. No notes.
Second order from them, all mazdutide 5 mg. Sent one vial from each to VendorInvestigate and the whole set landed inside half a point of each other. That flatness is exactly what I pay for.
What a useful review looks like
Order date, what was ordered, what arrived, how long it took, and whether anything was independently tested. That is it. "Great vendor, fast shipping, A+++" is worth nothing and gets removed; a three-star review explaining precisely what went wrong and how it was handled is worth more than ten five-star ones.
Why the negative ones stay up
A directory of nothing but praise is a marketing brochure. Every source page here carries the disappointing results as prominently as the good ones, and the vendors near the top of the ranking are there because their bad entries are few and old, not because there are none.
Where WXT sells
WuXi TIDES (WuXi AppTec Testing Division) sells from its own storefront. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored and is here so you can read what they say about themselves against what this page says about them. GLP Research Hub is paid nothing for it, and a link is not a recommendation.
A good record predicts your batch. It does not guarantee it, and no storefront can. Check the lot on the vial against the lot on the certificate.
