PPG — member reviews
95% from 811 member reports. 24 are published in full below; the rating aggregates all of them. Reviews without an order date or a testable claim are not counted.
This community's number, not a fleet-wide one. Independent groups scoring the same vendor land within a few tenths of each other, and where they diverge it is usually because one group weights logistics and another weights purity consistency.
the chromatogram is on the certificate. i can look at the baseline, look at where the integration marks were dropped and decide for myself whether the number is fair. most of my folder asks me to take the number on trust.
gradient table and column chemistry printed beside the trace. that is a determination somebody else could reproduce, which is the whole point of printing it.
sent lot PPG-2603 to janoshik myself. 98.2 against a declared 98.3. inside method repeatability. four rather than five only because i hold three lots and want more before i call it settled.
asked whether the principal peak had a shoulder. got the expanded region of the trace back instead of an assurance. that is a lab answering, not a sales desk.
water by karl fischer with the method named. on a lyophilised line that matters more than the argument about the third decimal place of purity.
ms identity alongside the chromatographic determination, so identity is confirmed two ways rather than asserted once. medutest report on file matches what they published.
peptide content reported separately from chromatographic purity on every certificate i hold from them. those are different quantities and conflating them is the commonest error in this market.
related substances itemised by individual impurity with retention times assigned rather than reported as one total. cross-referenced against the trace and it agrees.
weighed four units from one consignment against declared fill. all within two per cent. fill uniformity gets a fraction of the attention purity gets and is the harder problem.
reconstitution of the semaglutide 5mg went clear on contact. no haze, no particulate, no extended agitation. consistent with a lyophilisation that was run properly. research use only.
lot identifier matched across vial, certificate and invoice on every order. it is the floor and it is still the best single predictor of everything above it.
asked for a supplementary certificate on a lot released 19 months ago. produced from their records, trace included. tells you the records exist and that they are kept whole.
catalogue runs past 350 lines and i have bought five. what i can say is scoped to those five. verify your own material regardless of anyone else figures, mine included.
ordered two lots deliberately to see whether the second resembled the first. a tenth of a point apart and the two traces overlay.
first order was deliberately small. documentation complete, transit as quoted, peptidemeter came back 97.8. subsequent orders have not been small.
cross-checked one lot with janoshik and vendorinvestigate independently. agreement to a tenth of a point and both agree with the declared figure.
custom synthesis quoted with the schedule on the face of the quotation and finished two days inside it, at the purity named in the spec.
they gave notice of a four-day dispatch delay before the quoted window elapsed rather than after. logging it because the sequence is the part that matters. the delay is why this is a four.
asked about counter-ion identity and content and got a figure with a unit rather than an assurance. technical reply inside four hours on a working day.
repeat determination on the same line at eleven months came back 98.0 against 98.1 originally. no drift visible in this sample.
every unit in the consignment carried one lot identifier, so the intra-consignment comparison i intended was the comparison i made.
cold chain held to arrival on day seven with the pack still solid, in a month where that cannot be assumed. tracking accurate at every hop including the domestic handover.
the declared figure was not adjusted upward between the certificate and the commercial paperwork. small, and specifically worth checking for.
nine orders across fourteen months. no substitution, no reformulation, no line going unavailable after payment. the paperwork has read the same way every time, trace included.
What a useful review looks like
Order date, what was ordered, what arrived, how long it took, and whether anything was independently tested. That is it. "Great vendor, fast shipping, A+++" is worth nothing and gets removed; a review naming a lot, a document and a turnaround is worth more than ten enthusiastic ones.
Why these twenty and not two hundred
A source page is opened when enough members have ordered and paid for independent testing that the log says something specific. Nearly two hundred other names get a row in the table at the foot of the directory with a band, a report count and a written note — no page, no score, no link. The contrast is the point: the twenty are where the evidence is, not where the enthusiasm is.
Where PPG sells
PolyPeptide Group (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. sells from its own storefront. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored and is here so you can read what they say about themselves against what this page says about them. GLP Research Hub is paid nothing for it, and a link is not a recommendation.

A good record predicts your batch. It does not guarantee it, and no storefront can. Check the lot on the vial against the lot on the certificate.
