comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on appetite return in c/tapering · 17 points · 2 months ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
comment on glucagon — 17 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/survodutide · 20 points · 2 months ago
the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1
comment on does PBS actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1aus · 63 points · 2 months ago
no naming compounders operating against current rules
comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on packaging in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 months ago
gel packs last 24 hours, after that you are relying on the box itself
comment on non-peptide: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/orforglipron · 6 points · 2 months ago

comment on [Vendor] WXT order #24 — France, 29 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1aus · 22 points · 3 months ago

comment on small win: TGA stopped being a problem at week 10 in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 3 months ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring reflux at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/sideeffects · 72 points · 3 months ago
This is correct. The fatigue is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
comment on constipation is the most under-discussed thing in c/cryptopay in c/sideeffects · 23 points · 3 months ago
resting heart rate moved up 24 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
comment on does reflux actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/sideeffects · 1 points · 4 months ago
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether lyophilised is why in c/coldchain · 33 points · 4 months ago
excursion claims need a logger trace or a photo at unboxing, not "it felt warm"
comment on [PSA] fatigue is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/sideeffects · 156 points · 4 months ago
My sulphur burps was worst at 0.5mg and better at 1.0mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
comment on stalled for 16 weeks at 7.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/tirzepatide · 9 points · 4 months ago
Switched from sema at 10mg to tirz at 2.5mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.
comment on Spain: PBS, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1aus · 237 points · 5 months ago
Sweden here. Waited 15 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 11kg, and Australia was the hard part in c/glp1aus · 2 points · 5 months ago
no naming compounders operating against current rules
comment on [Discussion] biopsy is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/survodutide · 6 points · 5 months ago
Hepatic fat or MASH or what?
comment on the excursion thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/coldchain · 1 points · 6 months ago
stability after excursion is not zero, it is dose-dependent
