the fasting insulin change is the signal

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on jurisdiction: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/customs · 0 points · 3 months ago
no advice on evading inspection or misdeclaring
comment on three years of confirmations threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/cryptopay · 28 points · 3 months ago
escrow for group buys is standard, use it
comment on tried tirzepatide for 23 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tirzepatide · 25 points · 3 months ago
Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify A1c in c/t2dglp1 · 13 points · 4 months ago
type 2 is the indication, weight loss is the side effect
comment on genuine question about pricing that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1uk · 8 points · 4 months ago
Strongly agree. pricing is region-specific.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify A1c in c/t2dglp1 · 47 points · 4 months ago
type 2 is the indication, weight loss is the side effect
comment on tracking — 11 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/dosinglogs · 18 points · 4 months ago
This is correct. Long-term logs matter.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for dose history posts in c/dosinglogs · 2 points · 5 months ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
comment on Spain: EU, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 1 points · 5 months ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Adding to this: prescription is doing more work than the comment implies.

Week 32 for me and the honest summary is: 32kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
comment on Spain: EU, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 5 points · 5 months ago
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
comment on USDC: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cryptopay · 31 points · 5 months ago
escrow for group buys is standard, use it
comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on glycaemic control in c/t2dglp1 · 22 points · 5 months ago
Not to be pedantic but glycaemic control and CGM are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #10 — Spain, 27 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 6 months ago
nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring 15mg at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tirzepatide · 199 points · 6 months ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on [Results] 7 weeks, 30kg, and STEP was the hard part in c/trialwatch · 56 points · 7 months ago
Strongly agree. Phase 2 is investigational, not conclusive.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring waist at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/dosinglogs · 1 points · 7 months ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
