How many weeks in are you? 15 weeks is noise, 4 weeks is a trend.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

the heart rate signal is real in the data

comment on why does nobody talk about triple agonist in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 5 months ago

Small correction: the trial was 5 weeks, not 11. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Same experience. Week 13 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

Maintenance for 9 months now.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Did the reflux start before or after the dose increase?

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

comment on is it normal to get fatigue at week 90 in c/retatrutide · 160 points · 9 months ago

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

early fullness at 12.5mg is different from 10mg

Can you post the VendorInvestigate result that shows the problem?

comment on the TRIUMPH thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 10 months ago

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

resting heart rate moved up 21 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
