France to France takes 13 days on average, variance is 18 days

Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.

the thymosin literature is thin on humans

The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.

comment on [Meta] the 15mg rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/tirzepatide · -19 points · 1 months ago

Strongly agree.

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify pentadecapeptide in c/bpc157 · 5 points · 1 months ago

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 7–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different

Customs clearance took 7 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.

Switched from sema at 2.4mg to tirz at 15mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

The PeptideMeter and Medutest numbers on the same vial from MKM came back 98.3% and 97.4%. Both are right, inter-lab variance is real.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

This is correct. Name it precisely.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
