Weight variance within what range?

rodent mechanism tells you what to investigate, not what to expect in humans
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on someone explain gastric emptying to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1science · 382 points · 1 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

weight moves within 12kg and that is normal

Did you stretch the dose interval?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on genuine question about lowest effective dose that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/maintenancephase · 42 points · 2 months ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the reflux got better, not worse in c/maintenancephase · 45 points · 3 months ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on [Results] 22 weeks, 45kg, and maintenance was the hard part in c/maintenancephase · 16 points · 3 months ago

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

nobody posts about this part and it is the longest part

state how long you have been at maintenance, week 21 is not maintenance
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

the half-life is appetite, affects steady state timing
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
