comment on [PCOS] insulin resistance, cycles, and the thing that finally worked in c/glp1women · 28 points · 3 days ago
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on [Paper] SURMOUNT-4 withdrawal arm, read the appendix not the abstract in c/trialwatch · -9 points · 4 days ago
Yeah, absolute numbers matter more than the press release.
comment on [Regulatory] state board actions worth reading if you use a compounder in c/compounding · 4 points · 7 days ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on [Below Spec] 61.2% on a vial that shipped with a 99% COA in c/labresults · 7 points · 9 days ago
Strongly agree. Below-spec results matter as much as good ones.
comment on my compounded vial arrived at a different concentration than last month in c/compounding · 1 points · 9 days ago
Moved states and the compounding landscape changed completely. Different rules, different pharmacies, different costs.
comment on 10 months in and insulin resistance is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1women · -8 points · 20 days ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Caution] not approved anywhere. keep posts descriptive. in c/cagrilintide · -27 points · 21 days ago
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with CagriSema, not with what you concluded.
comment on [Meta] the API source rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/compounding · 48 points · 27 days ago
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

the shortage list is temporary, it ends and compounding becomes illegal again
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about Janoshik in c/labresults · 160 points · 2 months ago
Which VendorInvestigate service and what method did they use?
comment on someone explain FLOW to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/trialwatch · 11 points · 3 months ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on help me understand cycle, I have read the wiki twice in c/glp1women · -9 points · 3 months ago
Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about SELECT in c/trialwatch · 4 points · 3 months ago
give the trial name, phase, n, and primary endpoint in the body
comment on why does nobody talk about API source in c/compounding · 37 points · 4 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 99.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on help me understand compounding, I have read the wiki twice in c/compounding · 2 points · 5 months ago
Yeah, 503A and 503B are different regulatory animals.
Adding to this: 503B is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on perimenopause: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/glp1women · 3 points · 5 months ago
How many weeks between the two measurements?
comment on small win: SURMOUNT stopped being a problem at week 65 in c/trialwatch · 52 points · 5 months ago
STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, SELECT, FLOW, TRIUMPH — read the appendix
comment on batch vs test results — genuinely asking which matters more in c/labresults · 13 points · 5 months ago
Batch number? Date of test?
comment on week 76 check-in — 22kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/cagrilintide · 9 points · 5 months ago
