Week 31 for me and the honest summary is: 7kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Came off after 72 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
