What was the denial code?

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Small correction: the trial was 19 weeks, not 36. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

The injection was scarier than the what is itself. 11 seconds and I was shocked it was the easiest part.
