research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols
comment on small win: exit scam stopped being a problem at week 56 in c/scamalerts · 1 points · 3 months ago
the reship offer that never sends anything is worth noting
comment on [Lab] 17th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 3 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 98.6, not 98.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial

Yeah, showing the arithmetic is the fastest way for someone to spot the error.
comment on the HPLC thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · 24 points · 4 months ago
This is the correct method framing. Column and gradient are load-bearing fields.

swirl, do not shake, or you are courting oxidation
comment on week 16 check-in — 42kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me in c/retatrutide · 28 points · 5 months ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for resistance training posts in c/glp1muscle · 28 points · 5 months ago
Week 8 for me and the honest summary is: 47kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
comment on reading purity threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/hplc · 45 points · 5 months ago
Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 11 times, finally got good resolution on a method development peak.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.
comment on help me understand 2.4mg, I have read the wiki twice in c/semaglutide · 69 points · 5 months ago
Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.

rapid loss plus no protein equals muscle loss

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration
