Right, the method development question again, but with numbers this time. I have 11 data points over 24 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it…

area% and mass% are not the same and this whole post conflates them

area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters

the batch number or it did not happen

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Discussion] the purity advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/coa · 6 points · 1 year ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.

The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 6 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 35% impurity.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on week 16 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/hplc · 263 points · 1 year ago
The VendorInvestigate result being close to my own HPLC is the signal, not the absolute number. Both are right.
comment on [Results] 96 weeks on 12.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coa · 56 points · 1 year ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about area percent in c/coa · 51 points · 1 year ago
the related substances line is where the story is
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about import in c/customs · 42 points · 1 year ago
the customs status depends on what happens at the border

purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether method development is why in c/hplc · 8 points · 1 year ago
Small correction: the trial was 23 weeks, not 27. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

state the method: column, gradient, detection wavelength, injection volume
comment on stalled for 8 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/hplc · 21 points · 1 year ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on reading batch threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coa · 523 points · 1 year ago
