triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual

Flagging the community rule since this thread will attract it: do not suggest misrepresenting a diagnosis. That is fraud, it gets you banned here, and it puts the person taking your advice in a far worse position than a denial does.

comment on [PSA] severe abdominal pain is not a forum question in c/sideeffects · 121 points · 3 days ago

Removed a reply speculating about a specific reader's symptoms. This is the one thing that is never allowed in this community, no matter how well-intentioned.

Stickying this permanently. It is the post I link when I lock a thread, and it is better than anything the mod team has written on the subject because it comes from someone who made the mistake.

To be explicit about how we handle these: the thread stays up, speculation about the individual case gets shut down, and we point at real help. That is not us being unhelpful — it is the only genuinely helpful thing available to a group of strangers on the internet.

comment on [Resolved] i accused QYB of a fake COA. i was wrong. correcting the record. in c/scamalerts · 88 points · 3 days ago

Removed two "should have known better" replies. c/darkspot exists partly so people can post being wrong; making that expensive here would mean fewer corrections, not fewer errors.

week 31 and the early fullness is finally getting better

comment on [Question] small molecule means purity testing is a different problem, right in c/orforglipron · 42 points · 4 days ago

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

comment on SGN keeps getting reported as fake and i think it is because it looks like a normal company in c/scamalerts · 61 points · 5 days ago

Report button stays cheap. Please keep using it. We would much rather review four unfounded reports than miss one founded one.

Maintenance for 14 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

the muscle cramps profile is speculative at this stage

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

comment on [Discussion] the compounding gap was a symptom, not a solution in c/compounding · 5 points · 10 days ago

Not to be pedantic but compounding and 503B are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Yeah, 78 weeks on 0.25mg, same pattern, same timing.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose

Adding to this: GIP is doing more work than the comment implies.
