comment on [Meta] the survodutide rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/survodutide · -11 points · 2 months ago
Stalled for 3 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 34.
comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether packaging is why in c/coldchain · 49 points · 2 months ago
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with data logger, not with what you concluded.

phase 10 data is interesting, phase 6 will be different
comment on tried lyophilised for 3 weeks. here is what happened. in c/coldchain · 14 points · 3 months ago
excursion claims need a logger trace or a photo at unboxing, not "it felt warm"
comment on packaging: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/coldchain · 14 points · 3 months ago
Logger trace from my shipment: 14 hours at 37°C. Powder tested 97.6% against 97.9% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for small molecule posts in c/orforglipron · 7 points · 4 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on France: EU, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 52 points · 4 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on [Question] the UK — has anyone got a straight answer on appetite return in c/tapering · -4 points · 5 months ago
regain on taper is expected, plan for it
Adding to this: interval stretching is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on anyone else notice survodutide kicking in around week 9 in c/survodutide · 64 points · 5 months ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

a warm courier van is a bigger problem for a mixed vial than for dry powder
comment on [Lab] SSA cagri — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 98.3% in c/glp1eu · 21 points · 6 months ago
Strongly agree. Pricing is local.
comment on [Discussion] reimbursement is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/glp1eu · 26 points · 6 months ago
Today's date for the pricing?
comment on why does nobody talk about regain in c/tapering · 8 points · 6 months ago
Small correction: the trial was 8 weeks, not 34. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

tapering instructions are not welcome here

Maintenance for 7 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
comment on am I the only one who found reimbursement harder than the injections in c/glp1eu · 19 points · 6 months ago
the the Netherlands answer is not the the Netherlands answer
comment on is it normal to get injection-site soreness at week 65 in c/glp1eu · 96 points · 7 months ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on [Results] 92 weeks, 15kg, and cold chain was the hard part in c/coldchain · 1 points · 8 months ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is cold chain. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Peak temperature and how long at that temperature?
