Week 95 for me and the honest summary is: 27kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Strongly agree. NSV counts.

Is that before or after you stabilized your constipation?

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 98.7% weight loss but the injection-site soreness profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The early fullness are not just amplified versions.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 98.6% weight loss but the injection-site soreness profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 33 me did not think I would make it to week 45.

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

Resting heart rate up 23 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

What are you comparing it against though?

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Maintenance for 8 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Came off after 75 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with goal, not with what you concluded.
