comment on [Trial Data] REDEFINE 1 — what cagri adds on top of sema in c/cagrilintide · 26 points · 2 days ago
REDEFINE phase 9 readouts are interesting but 9 person cagrilintide is different from 9 trial cagrilintide.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
comment on the dose escalation thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/retatrutide · 26 points · 17 days ago
The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The the food-noise thing are not just amplified versions.
comment on [Discussion] the sarcopenia question nobody funded properly in c/glp1muscle · 18 points · 22 days ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does REDEFINE.

CagriSema is a fixed combo in trials, not user-mixed
comment on retatrutide vs TRIUMPH — genuinely asking which matters more in c/retatrutide · 136 points · 1 months ago
This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.
comment on [Discussion] the formulary advice in here is 4 years out of date in c/glp1canada · 6 points · 2 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on the triple agonist thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/retatrutide · 320 points · 2 months ago
triple agonism is phase 2, do not generalise
