Small correction: the trial was 16 weeks, not 26. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Asked QSC for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

the counterion is part of the mass you paid for

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 8, not final.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

the amylin agonist pool is small, community is satiety

comment on COA vs purity — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coa · 402 points · 8 months ago

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does satiety.

long-acting amylin is co-agonism, different satiety profile

more of this energy please

Adding to this: half-life is doing more work than the comment implies.

Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.
