Dead space ate 13 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 1.0mg, massive impact at 0.5mg.

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

This is correct. 1mL versus 5mL is the common mistake.
