comment on reading crypto threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cryptopay · 3 points · 4 months ago

This is correct. Gas fees are real costs.

comment on week 31 check-in — 6kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me in c/bpc157 · 4 points · 5 months ago

research use only, no human protocols, no injection instructions

Adding to this: sequence is doing more work than the comment implies.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on the ACHIEVE question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/orforglipron · 4 points · 6 months ago

the orforglipron is whether this actually works long-term

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different

comment on three years of chargeback threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/cryptopay · 102 points · 7 months ago

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.

state the method: column, gradient, detection wavelength, injection volume

comment on does LC-MS actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/hplc · 8 points · 7 months ago

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on LC-MS in c/hplc · 80 points · 7 months ago

a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful

comment on [Lab] 24th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part in c/hplc · 48 points · 8 months ago

two labs, two different baselines, two different purity numbers, both honest

comment on [Question] purity — what am I missing here in c/hplc · 99 points · 8 months ago

related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak

comment on the LC-MS thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · 1 points · 9 months ago

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

comment on someone explain small molecule to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/orforglipron · 9 points · 9 months ago

Stalled for 9 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 28.

What are you comparing it against though?

Small correction: the trial was 14 weeks, not 36. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
