comment on [Sceptic] the tendon claims outran the evidence by about a decade in c/bpc157 · 2 points · 2 days ago
Not to be pedantic but sequence and pentadecapeptide are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Method] the gradient everyone uses for sema and why it under-resolves the des-amido in c/hplc · 20 points · 5 days ago
Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.
comment on [Caution] research use only. handling questions welcome, protocols are not. in c/bpc157 · 3 points · 6 days ago
handlers in the community are rare and cautious
comment on [Explainer] integration decisions change your number more than the sample does in c/hplc · 1 points · 6 days ago
chromatogram or it did not happen
comment on small win: non-peptide stopped being a problem at week 16 in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 16 days ago
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 21.
comment on someone explain chromatogram to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/hplc · 15 points · 1 months ago
Did they post the raw trace or just the summary?

two labs, two different baselines, two different purity numbers, both honest
comment on clothes fit the same for 14 months and it is genuinely strange in c/maintenancephase · 127 points · 1 months ago
the 2.5mg dose works fine for 67 weeks of the month
comment on [Meta] the small molecule rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/orforglipron · 3 points · 2 months ago
no cold chain means oral GLP-1, if approved
comment on [Question] rodent data — what am I missing here in c/bpc157 · 23 points · 2 months ago
pentadecapeptide is tendon, the supply chain naming is a mess
comment on three years of lowest effective dose threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/maintenancephase · 1 points · 3 months ago
the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on sequence — my 15-week log, condensed into one table in c/bpc157 · 1 points · 3 months ago
sequence and naming claims need the actual sequence

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on the HPLC thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · 3 points · 4 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for small molecule posts in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 4 months ago
the absorption problem is solved by non-peptide structure
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for small molecule posts in c/orforglipron · 91 points · 4 months ago
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
comment on three years of integration threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 20 points · 4 months ago
integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on France: chromatogram, and what it actually costs here in c/hplc · 9 points · 4 months ago
This is the correct method framing. Column and gradient are load-bearing fields.

the detector wavelength matters more than people think
