Second this question. I have wondered about lean mass for 5 months and never seen a straight answer.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify triple agonist in c/retatrutide · -22 points · 1 months ago
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
comment on week 36 check-in — 11kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, one thing confusing me in c/scamalerts · 1 points · 2 months ago
evidence required, dated screenshots, metadata, order records, or independent test
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #24 — Germany, 21 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/retatrutide · 14 points · 2 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

the basics question is not dumb
comment on glucagon vs TRIUMPH — genuinely asking which matters more in c/retatrutide · 21 points · 2 months ago
Which trial arm and what was the n?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on [Results] 86 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1uk · 0 points · 3 months ago
The tier 3 pathway in my area: 22 month wait, then 38 months for review, then approved. Total private prescription.

Which Boots location?
comment on [Results] 86 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1uk · 8 points · 3 months ago
private 7.5mg is pricing in France this month
Adding to this: private prescription is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on am I the only one who found normal harder than the injections in c/newbiequestions · -23 points · 3 months ago
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 9.
comment on 14 months in and dose escalation is still the thing I get wrong in c/retatrutide · 0 points · 3 months ago
The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The constipation are not just amplified versions.
comment on 14 months in and dose escalation is still the thing I get wrong in c/retatrutide · 122 points · 3 months ago
Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.
comment on [Results] 91 weeks on 1.0mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1muscle · 15 points · 3 months ago
How many weeks between the two measurements?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Water content matters more than people think.
Adding to this: triple agonist is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on genuine question about cloned site that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/scamalerts · 43 points · 4 months ago
a dispute resolves, edit the post and say so
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 71 weeks to accept.
