The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

the method line is doing real work, not just window dressing

comment on [PSA] dose escalation is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/retatrutide · 6 points · 21 days ago
the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy
comment on 24 months in and insulin syringe is still the thing I get wrong in c/reconstitution · 49 points · 21 days ago
Dead space ate 5 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 1.7mg, massive impact at 15mg.

the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step

more water means more units for the same dose, which means finer resolution
comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether glucagon is why in c/retatrutide · 65 points · 25 days ago
Small correction: the trial was 21 weeks, not 37. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on bacteriostatic water — my 8-week log, condensed into one table in c/reconstitution · -15 points · 26 days ago
This is correct. 2mL versus 14mL is the common mistake.
comment on week 26 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/bloodwork · 1 points · 27 days ago
Baseline TSH: 99.3. Week 16: 98.6. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

comment on the phase 2 question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/retatrutide · 169 points · 1 months ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

The chromatogram trace is where the real information lives. The summary number is just a headline.

The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring phase 2 at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/retatrutide · 10 points · 1 months ago
TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.0% weight loss but the constipation profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.
