show your working or it is unhelpful

comment on mg ÷ mL, that is the whole formula, why did i find this hard in c/reconstitution · 29 points · 2 days ago

Is that 15mg vial or 4mg?

comment on foam means you shook it. do not shake it in c/reconstitution · 30 points · 3 days ago

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 5–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

comment on [Trial Data] phase 2 biopsy endpoints, and what "resolution" means in c/survodutide · 7 points · 5 days ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Below Spec] 88% is not "basically fine" and i am tired of that reply in c/labresults · 39 points · 23 days ago

below-spec results get logged, not dismissed

comment on [Janoshik] GL Biochem raw material vs a reseller vial of the same compound in c/labresults · 5 points · 27 days ago

Is that 99.0% area or mass?

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify mg/mL in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 1 months ago

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.

permalink

comment on [Lab] four vendors, same compound, same week, one test each in c/labresults · 13 points · 1 months ago

testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts

permalink

comment on [Results] 86 weeks on 2.4mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/reconstitution · 646 points · 1 months ago

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

comment on 2 months in and mg/mL is still the thing I get wrong in c/reconstitution · 141 points · 1 months ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on anyone else notice PeptideMeter kicking in around week 9 in c/labresults · 80 points · 1 months ago

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring denial at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/insurancefights · 119 points · 3 months ago

do not suggest misrepresenting a diagnosis, that is fraud

permalink

comment on [Question] PeptideMeter — what am I missing here in c/labresults · 1 points · 3 months ago

do not editorialise in the title, put the number in the title and the opinion in the body

permalink

prior auth criteria are state-specific, copay differs

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

permalink

comment on small win: test results stopped being a problem at week 16 in c/labresults · 13 points · 5 months ago

Which VendorInvestigate service and what method did they use?

permalink

comment on unpopular opinion: bacteriostatic water is massively overrated in c/reconstitution · 26 points · 5 months ago

What was the vial size and how much bac water?

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
