Photograph the pack the moment you open it. Liquid gel pack = the chain broke.

pentadecapeptide is tendon, the supply chain naming is a mess

Strongly agree. A1c matters as much as weight.

Maintenance for 10 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
comment on the packaging thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/coldchain · 4 points · 4 months ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 7–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on stalled for 2 weeks at 10mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/coldchain · 62 points · 5 months ago
The gel pack lasted 4 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.

time-at-temperature integral is the dose, not just peak temperature

the reship outcome is data worth posting

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

lane reports need origin, destination, carrier, and actual transit days

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on why does nobody talk about tier 3 in c/glp1uk · -6 points · 7 months ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on anyone else notice small molecule kicking in around week 59 in c/orforglipron · -8 points · 8 months ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
comment on genuine question about A1c that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/t2dglp1 · 60 points · 9 months ago
Came off after 14 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

This is correct. Hypo risk is real.
comment on small win: packaging stopped being a problem at week 66 in c/coldchain · 86 points · 9 months ago
Strongly agree. Peak temperature is not the whole story.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
