Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 31. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

the Medutest and PeptideMeter results differ by 13 points, both inside inter-lab variance

Tested 18 batches from TFC over 54 weeks. Spread was 98.3% to 98.1, mostly 98.3. Consistent vendor.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
comment on [Question] does anyone actually feel "done" or is that not a thing in c/maintenancephase · 8 points · 14 days ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

the BPC-157 literature looks promising but rodent-only

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

The 503A pharmacy I used lost their shortage list eligibility. Same day, compounding became illegal. Rules are real.

Asked 2 compounders about API source. One told me, one dodged, one said they cannot say. The answer is the signal.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts

What is the actual shortage list status right now?
comment on shortage list: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/compounding · 1 points · 2 months ago
API source questions are on-topic and compounders dodging them is newsworthy

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Crossposting this to c/semaglutide because the people who need it are not reading this community.
