Mechanistically the bit that matters is bacteriostatic water. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Regain on a taper is expected. 10% back over 26 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.4% on the same vial is normal.

Spent 21 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 5mg, 2mL, concentration is 5/2.

Dead space ate 18 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 2.4mg, massive impact at 12.5mg.

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
