comment on the nausea profile at 7.5 was worse than 10 for me and i cannot explain it in c/tirzepatide · 17 points · 11 days ago

Not to be pedantic but Mounjaro and 15mg are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 97.9% on the same vial is normal.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

My hs-CRP moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.

Did you stay on semaglutide or switch? The outcome is different if you are comparing.

Not to be pedantic but co-agonism and REDEFINE are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
