Weight is noisy. A 7-day rolling average is the only line worth looking at.

comment on anyone else notice hypoglycaemia kicking in around week 79 in c/t2dglp1 · 31 points · 2 months ago

Came off after 23 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Strongly agree. A1c matters as much as weight.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with basics, not with what you concluded.

Slight fix: the number was 95.1, not 94.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Retitled to remove editorialising.

Adding to this: heart rate is doing more work than the comment implies.

Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 35.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 58 weeks to accept.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 59 weeks to accept.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Not to be pedantic but regain and dose stretching are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
