comment on anyone else notice concentration kicking in around week 40 in c/reconstitution · 38 points · 5 months ago

Yeah, showing the arithmetic is the fastest way for someone to spot the error.

Not to be pedantic but reconstitution and dead space are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 66 weeks to accept.

Which trial arm?

Yeah, identity is the first question.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 98.1% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dead space in c/reconstitution · 81 points · 7 months ago

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which

dead space is real and the syringe matters

Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.

comment on dual agonist — my 21-week log, condensed into one table in c/survodutide · 27 points · 7 months ago

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days.

Adding to this: biopsy is doing more work than the comment implies.

no images, none, not even redacted ones

Did you write the concentration on the vial?

dead space is real and the syringe matters

never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 59 weeks to accept.

Did anything else change in the same window?

comment on bacteriostatic water vs units — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 31 points · 1 year ago

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Cored the stopper on my 2th draw because I kept using the same entry point. Rotate the puncture site.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with milestone, not with what you concluded.

the community is deliberately image-free

What was the vial size and how much bac water?

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
