Concerning flair is right. Reminder that nobody here interprets a stranger's results — we can say what a pattern usually means, which is a different sentence. Bring the numbers to whoever ordered them.

also — asking is the right move and you did it before injecting rather than after. that is the correct order of operations and a lot of people get it backwards.

I think you can invite responses and specifically not want prescriptive advice at the same time, those aren't the same ask, and OP was pretty explicit about which one they wanted

this is exactly the tone this topic needs more of. chronic conditions that need chronic management aren't morality tests, and weight regulation for a lot of people is turning out to be exactly that kind of chronic thing, not a one-time fix.
