sponsor and disclosure questions are always answered publicly

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

telehealth prescriber models exist, pricing differs by state

comment on stalled for 18 weeks at 7.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/orforglipron · 9 points · 5 months ago

saved.

Adding to this: ATTAIN is doing more work than the comment implies.

phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial

comment on help me understand compounding, I have read the wiki twice in c/compounding · 24 points · 5 months ago

The telehealth + compounding combo cost telehealth plus 20% markup. Not cheap but covered by insurance depending on state.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring wiki at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/meta · 77 points · 5 months ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on [Question] the UK — has anyone got a straight answer on ATTAIN in c/orforglipron · 3 points · 5 months ago

Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about shortage list in c/compounding · 8 points · 5 months ago

Not to be pedantic but shortage list and 503A are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Which network and did the vendor confirm they credit it?

comment on unpopular opinion: moderation is massively overrated in c/meta · 3 points · 6 months ago

This is correct. Modmail first.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

comment on [Lab] 11th independent test on BCH, and the trend is the interesting part in c/cryptopay · 17 points · 6 months ago

The discount was 97.4% but gas ate half of it. Still worth it but the math matters.

comment on reading retatrutide threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 7 months ago

[removed by moderator]

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify TRIUMPH in c/retatrutide · 163 points · 7 months ago

Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere. Posts must describe what happened, not instruct strangers.

comment on is it normal to get constipation at week 14 in c/orforglipron · 16 points · 7 months ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery

API transparency is the question that separates good compounders from sketchy ones

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 92 weeks to accept.

the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point

no price talk, no tickers, no investment discussion

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
