The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.

Switched from sema at 7.5mg to tirz at 2.4mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

My A1c moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.
