sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 13 weeks and they stopped

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

REDEFINE which arm?
comment on stalled for 5 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/cagrilintide · 6 points · 1 months ago

comment on stalled for 5 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/cagrilintide · 28 points · 1 months ago
Not to be pedantic but REDEFINE and satiety are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual
Adding to this: triple agonist is doing more work than the comment implies.

comment on small win: dose escalation stopped being a problem at week 95 in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 2 months ago
the dosing is steep, the early fullness reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet
comment on small win: dose escalation stopped being a problem at week 95 in c/retatrutide · 6 points · 2 months ago
This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.
