comment on nobody warned me about nausea and I would have liked the warning in c/coa · 233 points · 5 months ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on the hazard ratio thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/trialwatch · 360 points · 6 months ago
This is correct. Discontinuation arms show the regain reality.
comment on Spain: concentration, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 147 points · 6 months ago
Not to be pedantic but reconstitution and dead space are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on genuine question about hazard ratio that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/trialwatch · 0 points · 6 months ago
dropout handling matters, especially on GI-heavy populations

confirmations are USDC, the exchange rate at 19 blocks is the deal
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 34 weeks to accept.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dead space in c/reconstitution · 51 points · 7 months ago
dead space is real and the syringe matters

Spent 11 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 20mg, 2mL, concentration is 20/2.
comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether FLOW is why in c/trialwatch · 126 points · 7 months ago
Yeah, absolute numbers matter more than the press release.
comment on [Meta] the dead space rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/reconstitution · 54 points · 7 months ago
Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant 13mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.
comment on [Results] 81 weeks on 12.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/trialwatch · 61 points · 9 months ago
SELECT reported a TRIUMPH hazard ratio but the absolute event rate is what changes clinical practice.
comment on FLOW vs TRIUMPH — genuinely asking which matters more in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 9 months ago
Yeah, absolute numbers matter more than the press release.
comment on mg/mL — 18 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 9 months ago
Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.
comment on what changed for me between week 45 and week 88 in c/coa · -11 points · 9 months ago
post the whole document, not the headline number
comment on [Meta] the crypto rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/cryptopay · 144 points · 9 months ago
Strongly agree.
Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 99.2% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Discussion] declared value is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/customs · 10 points · 9 months ago
The sulphur burps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped.
Adding to this: declared value is doing more work than the comment implies.

Week 8 for me and the honest summary is: 32kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

comment on why does nobody talk about dead space in c/reconstitution · 80 points · 10 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
