comment on [Caution] hepatic endpoints need biopsy data, not an ALT screenshot in c/survodutide · 6 points · 11 days ago
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

This is correct. Do not generalise from tirzepatide.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on SURMOUNT-1 was -20.9% at 72 weeks. that is the number, not -30% in c/tirzepatide · 20 points · 15 days ago
Vial-splitting is on-topic here. Do not ask about pen-cracking, that goes in c/reconstitution.

comment on [PSA] Medutest results are area% by default and people keep forgetting in c/tirzepatide · 547 points · 1 months ago
Hard agree. The food noise disappears differently on the two compounds.
comment on [PSA] Medutest results are area% by default and people keep forgetting in c/tirzepatide · 315 points · 1 months ago
Small correction: the trial was 2 weeks, not 33. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

stalled on sema, tried tirz, and the curves were actually different shapes
Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

side effects that ended someone's run
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 51 weeks to accept.

the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

the muscle cramps from tirz is different, not necessarily worse

Did you stay on semaglutide or switch? The outcome is different if you are comparing.
