Tried the split-dose thing for 16 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.

My the food-noise thing was worst at 0.5mg and better at 10mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.

Week 79 for me and the honest summary is: 9kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 12.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.0% weight loss but the nausea profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.
