include dose and date on every update

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 67 weeks to accept.

Strongly agree. API source transparency matters.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

comment on [PSA] non-peptide is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/orforglipron · 5 points · 2 months ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Yeah, data logger is the only acceptable proof.

no group-buy recruitment, discussing how they fail is fine

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

comment on small win: units stopped being a problem at week 11 in c/reconstitution · 28 points · 3 months ago

the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step

comment on [Meta] the mg/mL rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/reconstitution · 8 points · 3 months ago

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.

Reconstituted at 3mL when I meant 2mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.

comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether network is why in c/cryptopay · -23 points · 4 months ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
