BPC-157 has interesting rodent data and almost no human data. Both things are true.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

HJ took 21 days to answer an email and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.

the sequence variation is the real issue

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread

Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

the Janoshik and VendorInvestigate results differ by 19 points, both inside inter-lab variance

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 38 weeks to accept.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

The research community is small on cagrilintide. Forum lore changes faster than data.

REDEFINE phase 3 readouts are interesting but 3 person satiety is different from 3 trial satiety.

This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.

comment on amylin: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cagrilintide · 6 points · 4 months ago

Strongly agree.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Ordered from WWB, got the vial, tested it myself via VendorInvestigate, and it held the claim. Order fulfilled.

comment on week 31 check-in — 6kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me in c/bpc157 · 1 points · 5 months ago

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
